Satisfaction in any product starts with the manufacturer's stand behind your purchase. Flowmaster recognizes that fact and extends limited warranties to the original purchaser of its Hushpower line of Mufflers, Kits and other non-race products. Flowmaster warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. Please note that there are limitations to this warranty policy. The warranty shall not apply to any product that was installed on any commercial or racing vehicle. To make any claim under the terms set forth in the warranty policy, the original purchaser must either return the product to the original retailer or directly to Flowmaster. If the original purchaser elects to return the product to Flowmaster directly, they must first telephone Flowmaster at 1-800-544-4761 and obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA is received, the original purchaser may return the product to Flowmaster at 2975 Dutton Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA 95407 or any address provided by Flowmaster with the RMA number and Proof of Purchase (which must clearly show the place of purchase, purchase price, product purchased, and date of purchase.)

If upon inspection by Flowmaster the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Flowmaster shall reimburse the original cost of shipping the product to Flowmaster and, at its option, either exchange the product or refund the original purchase price. Of course, the warranty provides specific legal rights and your state may also have other rights. Flowmaster is here to help and willing to work with their customers in a timely manner to solve their warranty claim issues.
